Need Rental Unit

  – Family of 5, we do have 2 dogs. Both non aggressive breeds. Both 10 yrs old.
  – Looking for a 4 bed 2 bath house. 
  – Open to all areas of town in both Spokane or idaho. 
  -Would like to stay between $1,800 to $2,500 a month or less if possible, but could do more if need be.
  – credit is not the best because of health issues, but have a great co-signer if needed.
  – Have a great job so paying rent is not an issue.
