• Spokane COPS is offering our Crime Free Rental Property Training that will help you create a safer, better rental property.
• This two-day course covers eviction pitfalls and procedures, how to more effectively work with police, signs that you have gang issues, signs that there are drug issues, landlord and tenant rights, crime prevention through environmental design, and other topics presented by experts.
• You will learn what you need to know to deal with current issues and prevent issues in the future.
