Our Mission Statement

To provide quality landlord support services to our landlord, property management, and commercial members, focusing on the successful ownership and management of their properties.

Objectives

  1. To provide our members with the tools and guidance they need to be successful.
  2. To create and maintain a political and governmental environment favorable to our members.
  3. To recruit and increase our membership to enable us to effectively represent the interests of the residential rental industry.
  4. To maintain a leadership role in the Real Estate Industry that will increase our credibility and lead to proactive rather than reactive positions.

Our History

The LandLord Association of the Inland Northwest, a private non-profit corporation, was formed in 1971 by residential property owners and managers concerned with creating and maintaining an atmosphere in which small (or large) private enterprises could survive the increasing demands made by government agencies, legislative action and tenant groups.

Today, Fifty years later, you will still find the same dedication to maintaining the atmosphere. By education, legislative action and service, LLA has earned the right to be the leading resource for those who own or manage residential rental property.

With your membership in LLA you have the benefit of a competent group of officers who are experienced and familiar with procedures and methods by which to mobilize resources necessary to reach our association’s goals. The LLA officers and directors serve without pay and are elected at the association’s annual meetings

There are many services and benefits of becoming a member of the LLA!
